Vintage Murano glass pendant lamp, Italy 1960s

The rare hand-blown Murano glass pendant lampa made in Italy in the 1960s. A transparent glass shade with a "Pulegoso" treatment that adds precious texture. The "pulegoso" glass is made using a method that was often used in the 1920s, with the addition of gasoline to thereby cause the glass to boil in a melt. Countless tiny air bubbles of irregular shape inside the glass mass deliberately limit its transparency. Very good vintage condition. The metal has a nature patina. Wiring replaced by a professional electrician.
