Mid-century swivel green office chair by Umberto Mascagni made in Italy in the 1950s. The vinyl used to create this armchair by Umberto Mascagni was a very popular material in the 1950s. The chair has a simple, tasteful design. This intriguing piece of furniture is made interesting by the metal accents on the seats and legs, as well as the unique seat form. Umberto Mascagni established factory Mascagni in 1930, first operating as a lab that produced picture frames. His son Mario began extending the company's output, focusing initially on home furnishings and then on office furniture. Very good vintage condition. The vinyl has some minor damage (see last photo).
